The Sonnblick Observatory has its own network for controlling the data retrieval of all instruments. New measuring instruments can be added to the network through remote access. Data storage is organized by local storage via the use of a cloud solution. We provide KNIME for scientists at Sonnblick to process their data. Mobile reception and wifi are available at the top of Mt. Sonnblick and the immediate area surrounding the observatory. Data processing and storage has priority use of the bandwidth.
